If we process your personal data, this will always be in compliance with applicable legislation.

We only process your personal data for the following purposes:

Launching an application procedure
Contacting you as a candidate with a view to arranging interviews
Evaluation of the various personal data with the personal data of other candidates in the context of the application procedure
Contacting previous employers and references, subject to your prior consent
We may therefore process your personal data given that we have a legitimate interest in doing so: following up the application procedure, evaluating your CV and processing the content of our application interviews in order to find the most suitable candidate for a vacancy in a reasoned and informed manner gives us a legitimate interest. Given that you have indicated yourself that you are looking for a position within our company, by sending a cover letter and CV, you assume that you can expect us to process your personal data.

If this list of purposes is amended, we will inform you in good time.

Access to your personal data is only possible for our HR staff and management insofar as they need to have access to your personal data in order to process your application.

We will always protect your personal data to the best of our ability against unauthorised access, use and disclosure. The efforts we make are also imposed on our suppliers.

We also endeavour to update your personal data to keep them accurate.

We will not transfer your personal data outside the EU; if we nonetheless envisage this, we will notify you.

It goes without saying that you can always request, correct, etc., your personal data. You can also request that your data be deleted if it is used for purposes other than purely contractual ones.

We retain your personal data for up to 5 years after receiving them: firstly, we wish to have the personal data at our disposal during the application procedure, secondly, we retain your personal data for a period of time afterwards in order to use your data for future vacancies. If you object to this, we will delete your personal data at your first request after the application procedure has been completed or after a negative decision has been taken regarding your application.

If your application leads to an employment contract with our company, your personal data from your application procedure will be added to your personnel file and the Data Protection Policy will apply.

It goes without saying that we always make every effort to ensure the protection of your personal data: If there are any breaches in this respect, we will inform you as soon as possible and in any case take all necessary measures to prevent the further dissemination of your personal data.

If, despite all our efforts, you still have complaints about the way in which we handle your personal data, you can always lodge a complaint with
